It usually works in your favour. India is ahead of the Gulf, Europe and the Americas, so work you send at the end of your day is often finished when you wake up. Our working hours are 9am to 10pm India time, Monday to Saturday, which overlaps the whole Gulf working day, most of the UK and European day, and the US morning.
